Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

New purchases

This policy applies to new TIAG digital purchases, memberships and service bookings from the date above. A change of plans, missed appointment, unused access or dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund.

Membership cancellation

You may cancel a recurring membership to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund payments already made. Access continues through the period you have paid for.

For help with cancellation or a billing question, contact support@tiagcommunity.com from the email used for your purchase. If your subscription was purchased through Lulu's Garden, you can also use your store account.

Rescheduling a booked session

The first reschedule of a booking is free. Each additional reschedule of that same booking costs $25 USD. New dates are subject to availability. Contact Jamon@TIAGcommunity.com to arrange the change and any applicable fee. Do not purchase a second booking to move an existing appointment.

If we need to change a session, we will contact you to arrange another date without a customer rescheduling fee.

Program and service adjustments

Any adjustment is solely at our discretion and is not guaranteed. A request does not create an entitlement to additional services, support, credit or compensation.

Earlier purchases and separate agreements

The terms supplied when an earlier purchase was made continue to govern that purchase. This update does not remove a refund guarantee already offered with an earlier purchase. Separate written engagement terms apply where supplied.

Physical goods purchased from Lulu's Garden follow the terms provided at that store's checkout. Nothing in this policy limits a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
