Refund Policy

Effective July 20, 2026

We'd rather earn your membership every month than trap anyone in it.

Monthly membership ($27/mo)

• Cancel anytime from your store account — no calls, no hoops.
• Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.
• We don't prorate partial months, but if a billing error ever charges you wrongly, we'll refund it in full — just email us.

One-time purchases (Lifetime, Independence Series)

• 30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not what you hoped, email support@tiagcommunity.com from your purchase email within 30 days and we'll refund you in full.
• A refund ends the associated access, including the Offline Edition license for lifetime purchases.

Physical goods (Lulu's Garden)

Seeds, books and garden goods from the store follow the return terms shown at lulusgarden.com checkout. Live plants and perishables can't be restocked, but if an order arrives damaged or wrong, we'll make it right.

How refunds are paid

All refunds go back to the original payment method through Shopify, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
